2001 530I and found them to be much too expensive. Mark was a breath of fresh
air. He is very reasonable and he is thorough. He takes the time to explain
what he found and what it will do if he fixes the issue. He did an assessment
of our car the first time it brought in and called our attention to some worn
suspension parts that no one else had bothered to look at or even mention
looking at. When I had him replace the parts, the handling of the car was
transformed from good to amazing. It was like it was riding on rails it was so
good. I also took another BMW to him that I'm thinking about purchasing and he
went over the car from exhaust tips to headlights. He found some issues with it
gave me a full list of what he noted and the approx. prices to fix them as well
as his overall opinion of the car. I used to have worries about where to
service a BMW because some mechanics don't want to work on them, or worse, will
work on them without the right tools, but with Mark around, I know I'll always
get an honest repair and he'll also note anything else he finds that you may
need to do in the future. Thanks Mark!!

after my first visit to the dealer after the extended warrantee expired, I was
in need of a more reasonable alternative. I have had the 325xi to Mark twice
now. Once for rear brakes, and the second time to repair damage caused by the
dealer, which Mark found, and which the dealer did not identify to me when they
quoted the brake job. Mark fixed it and the local dealership paid. I'm still
waiting to hear from BMW Corporate how they can condone such behavior by one of
their dealerships. But that is their problem because I now have Mark and
Northeast Motor Werks. Thanks, Mark!!
